We are very proud of our village hall which retains its traditional charm despite a complete refurbishment to a very high standard in 2003. The hall is very well equipped, with modern kitchen and toilets, efficient heating, demountable staging, full disabled access and an induction loop.

Hire Charges

Main hall (to include meeting room area, toilets and kitchen)

Regular and Community Events

  • £12.50 for the first two hours
  • £2.50 per hour or part hour thereafter

Private Functions

  • Residents: £15 for the first two hours
    £5 per hour or part hour thereafter
  • Non-residents: £20 for the first two hours
    £7.50 per hour or part hour thereafter

Note - Party booking will be charged £25 deposit, refundable if the hall is left clean and breakage free

Meeting room (to include use of toilets and kitchen)

£5.00 for the first two hours then £2.00 per hour or part hour thereafter

  • Outside Hire

    Residents           Crockery   £5 daily          Furniture   £5 daily  (not banquet chairs)

    Non Residents    Crockery   £10 daily         Furniture   £10 daily  (not banquet chairs)

  • Pilates classes

    Jenny Smith Pilates class in Gt Glemham Village Hall on Mondays 6.30-7.30. All levels and abilities. Jenny is experienced at adapting exercises as necessary. £6/session. Pay on the day. Mats provided if required. Just turn up. Jenny will be taking August off. Back to normal in September.
