Very cold, ice now major issue

Will be drier as week progresses

Less drifting so access better

Road temps likely to be minus six tonight

Now looking to grit Priority Two areas - 850 additional miles

This includes more rural/country roads

Underway in East from around 2pm.

19 weather related incidents since 4pm, only one since 2am in entire county
